In the chance that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date your order was delivered to return the item(s) for a full refund. All items must be unworn and unwashed, with original LEAVE OF ABSENCE tags attached. Item(s) that do not have original LEAVE OF ABSENCE tags attached will not be accepted.

To start a return, fill out the Return Form HERE. After receiving your request for a return, we will email you a printable shipping label to send the item(s) back. Customers are responsible for paying the associated return shipping fees. Please send the item(s) you wish to return back in the original shipping box it came in to avoid any possible damages to item(s) during transit. Once we have received your return an email notification will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days (depending on your bank) to post the refund to your account.

RETURNS PAST 15 DAYS
Any returns postmarked more than 15 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return, once it is received to our warehouse it will be automatically shipped back to you. 

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or color.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days (depending on your bank) to post the refund to your account.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
For all U.S. orders we include a pre-paid Fedex shipping label to make it easy! If you choose to use this shipping label, we will deduct $5.99 from your refund amount. If you did not receive a label or you misplaced it please contact us at info@leaveofabsence.us and we will email you a new one. 

How to send back:

  1. Add all unwanted item(s) to box.
  2. Stick the pre-paid shipping label on box OR your own shipping label.
  3. Fill out return form (the more specific you are on the reason for return the better! We take your comments into account and it helps us improve).
  4. Include a packing list so we can ensure fastest processing time possible.
  5. Take your return to the closest FedEx or schedule a pickup.
